Programs Needed:
None, just basic knowledge of the internet, duh!

Steps:
1.  Create/Find an image.  (Instead of just graphics and such, you can also upload photos, documents, and other things to the internet as well depending on your image host.  You can use the photos and other things you want on websites, etc.)

2.  Save the image in an easy to find folder, preferable My Pictures, at least to start.

3.  Pick a site.

My Favorite Uploading Sites:
Photobucket - You can download any images and easily view them and they even have premade codes and an easy to find URL.  Downside?  It may resize any very large images.
To Use -
1.  Go to www.photobucket.com .
2.  Click sign up for free.
3.  Follow the sign up process then log in.
4.  Under Add Pictures, there is a line with Photo in front of it and browse after it.  Click Browse and find you picture.
5.  Click Submit.
6.  Everything else is pretty self explanatory.

Image Cave - I like it for wallpapers because it doesn't resize.  It also gives a code for thumbnails of images which comes in handy.  I just started using it and haven't found a downside.
To Use -
1.  Go to www.imagecave.com.
2. Click Sign Up Here.
3.  Follow the Sign Up process and log in.
4.  Click Add Pictures.
5.  Next to the lines below where your image location is, hit Browse.  Find your picture/image.
6.  Everything else is pretty self-explanatory.

Ripway - It uploads images as well as text.  It's very easy to use.  BUT it's not allowed on Neopets.
To Use -
1.  Go to www.ripway.com
2.  Click Sign Up Today.
3.  Follow the Sign Up process.
4.  Click My Files (this is where you can view all of your uploaded files).
5.  Click Upload Files.
6.  Next to the lines where your image location goes, hit Browse.
7.  Find your picture/image.
8.  Go back to My Files to get your image URL.
9.  Everything else is pretty self explanatory.

There are other sites too but I don't use them.  You can look up f'ree image host' on Yahoo or Google and you may get some other choices.
